• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact info@shopveloworks.com.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all method provided by stripe.

4. Shipping

• Processing Time: All products are made to order and will typically ship within 3 business days. Custom orders may take longer.

• Shipping Method: We use royal mail and evri for delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location.

• International Shipping: Additional duties and taxes may apply for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• User Error: We do not take responsibility for the effects of torquing bolts. Both BTA risers and armcups should have bolt torqued to 5.2mm using a torque wrench.
